Our sausages are incredibly savory from the fresh Surin Farm pork and perfectly picked spices that are then handmade by our local Charucterier. Our sausage is about how the sausage is made, and it starts with a pig! Not a normal pig but a Pedigree award winning pig raised by small family farms with loving care in the foot hills just south of Chiang Mai, Thailand. The pigs are raised antibiotic and hormone free without any growth additives.
